We had such an amazing time with Jackie! She was so kind and helped us find exactly what we needed! We had very specific needs due to me getting knee surgery soon as well as having rambunctious children and she lead us straight to the couch of our dreams! When it came time to buy, we had a few complications and she and Pattie were so patient and did SO much work to help us figure out the best option for our budget that we are still so excited about!

Izzy made everything very easy. She helped us compare styles, colors, options quicker than I could ask. I'm so glad their return policy has changed. (A little peace of mind) Very much looking forward to receiving our new living room set

Sleep Expert Liz Aceves was amazing and key to buying our mattress at Ashley. She had extensive knowledge and helped us find the right bed and pillows. Her trainee Ginger was also super helpful and funny. They listened to our needs, gave us space when needed, and did not push us into anything. Their patience as salespeople was refreshing.

Liz was a wonderful sales associate. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She allowed us to browse on our own and gave us some time to walk around the store and figure out what we were interested in. Her kind demeanor was a plus. We went in to the Nampa store looking for a new love seat and Izzy was able to show us what they had available that met our needs. Izzy was super knowledgeable and very patient as we reconfigured the furniture pieces over and over again. Thank you so much! We’re looking forward to our new furniture!

She has so much knowledge and patience, she spent hours with us with no pressure and gave us so many details for future purchases. I truly had the best experience with her, and this is coming from a salesperson myself. Make sure to use her for your next Ashley purchase.
